So many of us are constantly searching for new, and the next item for our garden, our yard, our homes. This is time for reflection in all of those spaces. We start pulling in plants for the winter, getting things ready for Holiday presentation of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Begin looking at ways to repurpose your plants, for location.
Does it make sense to move the same plants inside and outside year after year, or can it become a permanent houseplant.
Will your ferns survive outdoors year round, with some added mulch to protect them for winter instead of the in and out of the cold.
Alocasia Cuprea, Silver Dragon, & Mint Variegated Black Velvet
Calathea Beauty Star, Freddy, Rosey, Crimson
Staghorns Dutch (Netherlands, French (lemoine), Bifurcatum
Monstera White Monster
We have finished our Winter prep, and have begun preparing for Spring. Preparing for Spring includes improving our outdoor spaces by adding seating, improving walkways, more signage.
Adding Seating means just that, we will have bench and outdoor seating areas with your yard in mind. We want to you to 'feel' what it will be like to have these plants and areas in your yard.
Improving Walkways includes wider aisles in our greenhouses. Firmer and more level outdoor aisles.
More Signage will be make it easier for locating plants, whether you are looking for roses or shade plants. We are working to have more clear visuals to assist you in finding your next plant(s).
Aaaagggghhhh
We have a new year already beginning. Starting strong with Bareroot trees, Roses, Spring Flowers.... everything is kicking off just in time to enjoy this unusually warm winter January.
We aim every year to be better than previous years, and we have done that before so let us do it again this year. We are expanding our fruit tree varieties, rose varieties, bedding, vegetables, herbs, houseplants.
We have added Tissue Cultures to our available items for houseplant collectors to get a great price on some rather rare plants. As well as continuing our own grows of TCs and offering them as acclimated young rare houseplants.
Our staff is constantly on the hunt for new items, plants, fertilizers, and soils. So be sure to check out our grower soils we use that are now for sale to everyone! We Love the C-20 soil, while the added lines of Royal Gold and Fox Farm have taken hold in our hearts too.
We make a fantastic go at it!
Looking forward to a GREAT 2026
